Maybe you don’t like to sing loudly (or out loud for that matter), if that’s you, I encourage you to take some time this week and ask God search your heart and show you what it is inside that keeps you from “singing loud for all to hear” as our friend Buddy the elf would say.
Perhaps you are self-consciounce of what you may sound or look like, if so, pray that in worshipping, you would be God-focused instead of self-focused. Maybe you don’t know the songs very well to sing them confidently. If so, view God in such a way as to make Him worthy of you striving to learn the songs we sing week in and week out around here. Learn our standards.
No excuses. Sing loud. Sing to one another. Sing to your God.
