Water and Wire!

Last time i posted, (July 29th) i was eating my words, and i told you all we were ready for plumbing and wiring.  I am glad to announce that the plumbing for the entire house is complete. All we need is to install our water heater and we’re actually having the water company move the water meter into our yard (because it is currently in our neighbors) and putting in a larger line (1 1/4 inch).  You may say then plumbing isn’t all the way done but whatever it is, is close enough for me to call it!

Also, thanks to Jeff Kyle, the apartment is wired and ready to go.  We are ready for insulation and sheetrock!  We will probably be pushing to finish the apartment and move in there while we finish the house at our slow and steady pace.  Anyhow, here are some of the pictures of our progress of late…

Now we just need a water heater.
Laundry wall...
West wall of the apartment...
Just some wires and viega (water tubing).
Maybe a bed corner...
TV corner?
That's the bathroom light/fan box...
Apartment shower...
Up there is where the AC stuff was going to go... Oops...
That's correct folks, we mounted the box!
Here is the sink wall on the house side...
Drains from upstairs...
Looking from the storage area into the upstairs...
We almost forgot to add the second vanity. Ej and i were on the fence about wether to go in and add it and as you can see we decided to go for it.
Our big ol' walk in shower. You know what they say—two heads are better than one...
Good news is we have roof penetration for the vent... Bad news is that now i have to get up on our roof and seal it... UGH!
Ephraim's bathroom...
Ephraim's bathtub...
The apt sink vent...
And this is only the stuff we don't have room for in my dad's garage—that is quite literally filled top to bottom
And this is the messy shop area...
