finished my own cleaning turned off the flow of water and now here i stand <\/span><\/p>\n

naked\u00a0because i am alone<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

when i look toward the mirror i see only the gray haze<\/span><\/p>\n

all that\u2019s created is steam and\u00a0 fleeting<\/span><\/p>\n

so appropriately a byproduct of my self-absorption<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

depending on my timing and my position, could see despair or perhaps my brilliance<\/span><\/p>\n

as bright as the son on the day you died.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

a true cry my desire or a passing thought in a sea of lies<\/span><\/p>\n

trust you of course, not quite as easy as singing this song or maybe it is <\/span><\/p>\n

because this is a pretty hard one, fluctuating tones and all<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

bet that sounds familiar, oh how thankful i am that Your love never fails, or even fluctuates <\/span><\/p>\n

like my i do when our flesh of flesh and bone of bone feels more like a heart and a stone <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

You know and now i see that\u2019s the original problem, too invested in me<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

what this song is all about 6 billion times already in this stream of poetry<\/span><\/p>\n

like a toxic pollution a pornographic image of me is what i\u2019m singing, the lust for life, my own at best<\/span><\/p>\n

at least, i suppose taking theirs will do<\/span><\/p>\n

this lust corrupts<\/span><\/p>\n
