I’m going to step out on somewhat of a limb and go ahead and say it: i think we’ll be done with framing this week. There it’s out there which means i will either have to eat those words or we will in fact be done. This probably doesn’t seem that astonishing or even exciting for you reading it now but for me writing it now, believe me, it is! Ephraim is coming so fast and i am really hoping to have a livable space for him and his momma! Notice i said livable space and not finished house. Time will only tell…
